Account Deletion Request

We're sorry to see you go! If you wish to permanently delete your Judge Simulator account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account In-App (Recommended)

The fastest and easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Judge Simulator app:

1. Open the Judge Simulator app on your device.
2. Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
3. Navigate to the Settings menu (usually represented by a gear icon).
4. Scroll down and tap on Account Settings or Profile.
5. Tap on the Delete Account button.
6. You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Confirm to permanently delete your account.

How to Request Account Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to request deletion via email, you can send us a request:

1. Send an email to admin@damdafa.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. In the body of the email, please include your username or the email address associated with your account, and a brief statement that you wish to have your account permanently deleted.

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your email request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Your profile information, including your name and email address, will be deleted.
• Your game progress, achievements, and saved cases will be permanently removed.
• Any active subscriptions will need to be cancelled through your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store), as deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions.
